I use an Olds case for my (non-Olds) horn. It fits in the overhead on Airbus 319 and 320, with about 0 inches to spare. It does not fit on the 747, but it is so close. You might have to look for overhead compartment information in cyberspace, but the dimensions might not tell the truth
