I am not sure that this construction tag helps us about the status of these houses. The imagery can be a few years old. Also from my experience in Haiti, people build rapidly the first floor and then start to mount walls for the second floor. But this can stay unchanged for years. UAV Imagery

I agree with the idea of organizing some tagging conventions is important so our W. Africa mapping is consistent. And that conventions will vary by region. There really are not that many tags we use for 80-90% of what we map so we should be able to get them pretty consistent. I also agree
