I was adding a new CHP to a device and reused an old CHP. I can't get the
new CHP working and when I list the CHP (d m=chp(B8)) I get:
CHPID B8: TYPE=04, DESC=ESCON SWITCHED OR POINT TO POINT, ONLINE
When looking at the other CHPs for the same device I get:
CHPID B0: TYPE=03,
