www.ibm.com/ibmlink. Called the Help Desk and they say they're working, so
they won't open a ticket. Anybody else having problems?

all. I was doing Service Information Searches and looking at ASAP
notifications. I have not seen any problems. Maybe their is a circuit
issue somewhere up north.
