Yes. When you increase minidisk space (unlike SFS filespace limits) the CMS filesystem is not updated. The typical method to increase the disk space is to allocate a NEW minidisk (e.g. 291) at a new location with the larger size, check the allocation for overlaps with DIRMAP or DISKMAP (DIRMAI
