The DVM where DIAGD4 wakesup when a spool file is received from VSE.
It then executes the DIAGD4 EXEC to change the ORIGINID.
Then a PIPE reprints the spool file to RSCS and RSCS sees the
alternate ORIGINID that DIAGD4 specified.
