For the formats, try the ACOBK in CP Data Areas and Control Blocks. We do not use them for accounting purposes, but they are saved for ad hoc reports. We do a daily ACNT ALL just before midnight. The files are saved as ACCOUNT mmdd. Regards, Richard Schuh
