There is an older Arab gelding at Creekside right now. He's a retired
endurance horse and the owner is having him evaluated to see if he might be
able to go onto some sort of light work situation. He's a wonderful horse
with some "issues" and is sad

Our children's physical therapist - I still have trouble believing she died
last month at age 57 - believed strongly in the benefit of using Bach's

Also, take long deep breaths.
I would pray in the morning before I would be going to ride, too, for peace
and calm and safety. If you don't "pray" per se, meditation would be
another calming tool.
