Hi Sajjad, I'm not entirely sure what exactly your problem is but I think I had a problem which was very similar to yours. I could send files over bluetooth from my laptop but could not receive any. So then, I un-installed gnome-bluetooth and installed blueman . Now blueman has had no issues till

@Sajjad Failed to connect to SDP server on 00:0E:6D:E0:44:80: Host is down Host is down means the destination bluetooth device is turned off or out of range... If you are sure which channel to connect try using rfcomm rfcomm bind [bdaddr] [channel] My bluetooth is also not smooth in Karmic.
