HI GUYS i have linux 7.3(only) running on my machine .i wanted to know how to get windows on to my machine (40 GB hdd) without disturbing my linux if it is possible .i had durning installation opted to remove all partitions on the hard drive nad get a fresh installation . if it is not possible

Hello Jaspal, Its always better to install linux after intalling win. In your case try to use a third party partitioning software which will try to make a new partition without affecting the original linux ext2. Then install windows on the new partition. This will overwrite your boot block.
