G'day all First, Kelly, I'm sorry the disk did not mount. It's been used a lot in the past, and may be scratched, or have finger prints on it. Try cleaning it with a cotton rag or clothing. Second, Chris, the disk is an original Snow Leopard install disk, in the original box. Regards Santa

I find it interesting that it would take the disk then spit it out. Is the disk a white disk that looks like one that would show up in a Google Image Search for "Snow Leopard DVD", or is it a grey disk that says "Mac OS Restore" or a copied disk? One thing to try would also inserting the disk whil

When I insert the disk into my imac, it sounds like it is going to work, then after about a minute, it is ejected. No icon, nothing. I just ordered a new one. Wish me luck. I did add an external hard drive to backup all of my files before starting this process. While backing up my files, I somehow
