Well after spending 4 days and $1,100 for upgrades, exterior hard
drive, Ipad, and additional USB ports, I was contacted by Apple
corporation today. It seems that they record the tech support calls,
and when my call from Monday evening was reviewed, they found an error
in the information I was give

First, Kelly, I'm sorry the disk did not mount. It's been used a lot in the
past, and may be scratched, or have finger prints on it. Try cleaning it with a
cotton rag or clothing.
Second, Chris, the disk is an original Snow Leopard install disk, in the
original box.

I find it interesting that it would take the disk then spit it out. Is the
disk a white disk that looks like one that would show up in a Google Image
Search for "Snow Leopard DVD", or is it a grey disk that says "Mac OS
Restore" or a copied disk?

When I insert the disk into my imac, it sounds like it is going to
work, then after about a minute, it is ejected. No icon, nothing. I
just ordered a new one. Wish me luck.
