library altogether, since this procedure only brings up some generic
sound files. Oh, well. Thanks for the great tip!

No backups?
Have you manually dug into the folders?

I never bothered with entire backups, only with individual backups of
files I was working on. Only after the fact I realized that I liked a
lot the way I had set up its iTunes library. And no, apparently I
deleted all files while uninstalling iTunes 9.2.

Simply put, I have an iMac G3 (Graphite), 600MHz, running 10.4.11
sitting on my kitchen table. I like to crank up iTunes and listen to
music when I'm in the kitchen. I can also pull up recipes and surf.
I just upgraded to the new iTunes 9.2 and now when I try to launch it,
it says something to
I, too, had iTunes 9.1.1 running on my Pismo, and all hell broke loose
when I updated. I downgraded to 8.2.1, and my Pismo is a much happier
camper, since half of iTunes 9 features did not work in it anyway.
I would sync the Touch with my MDD if I were you. And, AFAIK, it can't
