Yes, Imail doesn't allow admin-only control messages on non-moderated
lists. So you have a couple of choices:
1) Give the user that NT Domain username/password and let them log in
via WM. I respect your reluctance to violate internal/external

and by changing to this you can place the IP address of the web server
