I am testing this and finding that we can trap the CC: messages, but we
can't catch messages that are BCC'ed.
We have tried it both by filtering on the TO and also on the HEADER
contents, and neither will catch a BCC.
Any ideas?

NO. Although there has been a discussion recently about aliases, but I did
