There was one report of a problem with the latest patch by MS affecting
Declude on a high volume system. Only one report. I do not know what the
resolution was. But if you removed Declude, that is not the same issue.

I have a large mailinglist of about 2 million users from a sports site I am
contracting for.
I tried to send a mailing to the list, but it grew to 289m in the que and never sent.

This was likely bounced because the engine's name for a virus was
found in the subject line (not actually a "signature," of course, but
it can happen.

Just remember this for next time:
Never, ever, ever remove D*.SMD files from the \IMail\spool directory
without removing the associated Q*.SMD files (from either the \IMail\spool
or \IMail\spool\overflow directory). Never, ever leave a Q*.S
I'm not sure how easy it would be to recreate the
Q*.smd files, but if you check to see what the format is, you may be about to
write a script to recreate them from the D*.smd files.
