I wouldn't really call that sales (or at least not good sales!) -- offering
to let someone use our product for free temporarily while a competing
product is fixed isn't really a sign of a good salesman. It isn't a
:-)

waiting for Ipswitch to solve a problem they don't seem to have a clue
about what's causing it.

software setups and one of the smtp services keeps randomly stopping and
will not auto restart.

I don't think it is an IMail problem. We have been experiencing this on one
of our web servers for the last week or so. I think perhaps it is one of the
latest MS hotfixes.
