Title: error occurs

i checked out a module using WinCVS. but when i try to commit the changes i get the following error. pls help me to solve this.
cvs -z9 commit -m changes done by srinivas USP_OPI_CancelItn.usp (in directory D:\OPI\opi)

i have used CVS for some time, i believe successfully. I mean it satisfied
my needs. But now i am tring to set up somewhat more elaborated CVS
repositoire and i got stuck :(
What i have in mind is a sinlge repository, accessable over pserver and
CVS users are not native UNIX users. Under

I did some more investigation and found out that some security-conscious
people run pserver as unprivileged UNIX system user.
As simply as putting into /etc/inetd.conf something like
