instead do nmap IP_of_your_CVS_machine
localhost = 127.0.0.1 and cvs may not be listenning on that interface
and *may* be listenning on network interface.

you change the username in preferences tab and clicked OK, put
your highlight on someother folder that you had it before.
Then do adminlogin. It will definitely ask for passwd of new user.

I hav'nt come acoss clustering kind of CVS servers which will take care
of repositories as soon as one of the servers gets corrupted. Do have a
