I set the timer to catch :58-:02 every hour and it was still in from 3:58-4:02 AM PDT and gone by 4:58-5:02 AM PDT, so it must be KPTO stunting. I can't find any 1440 that has a sister FM classical station. As for KPTO in Pocatello, it's owned by a guy named E. Morgan Skinner, Jr. I don't know anything about him. I don't believe he's the same guy who owns 1450 in St. George, notwithstanding the St. George PO Box and phone number posted

It is now 0353 EDT 6/20 and they are back running non-stop regular Classical mx again. They finished the organ music earlier.
