Could someone please tell me where I can get information on the Tool Bar or
Bars, how to use it, navigate it, and just its overall functions? I know

like that but am having a hard time using pieces of it. I'll get correct

That is the keystroke most commonly associated with making an application's
video full screen.
It's the same in Windows Media Player and QuickTime.
To revert the application back to normal viewing, you would press the F11
