Hi Mich, It sounds like there may be another window that has popped up, and causing Jaws not to read properly. Try alt tabbing, or use the list of running applications, insert + F10, to see if perhaps some security software is running. Otherwise, try unloading, and then re-loading Jaws. HTH, Richa
