Arianna, If you are running JAWS 10, there is a DAISY book you can get. Go to the JAWS help menu, choose Check for Updates, and you will find all the DAISY Books you don't have installed. One of them is titled Office 2007 with JAWS DAISY Book. This is a good place to start. Regards, Eric

It sounds like the player is still buffering the video or audio. This means that it is still in play mode but it can not download the media file fast enough. It will pause itself while it downloads enough of the file to play some more of the file. It will start playing again automatically
