At least for Jaws 8 and 9, the shortcut key Alt-Control-J is automatically assigned if JAWS is installed from the CD. This is not the case if JAWS is downloaded from the FS web site. I actually have two shortcut keys assigned to my default version of JAWS, which happens to be JAWS 9:
