First you activate Forms Mode on the combo box by pressing the Space bar. Now the secret is to press Alt + Down Arrow to open the list of options. Actually, it looks like a drop down list. It is now safe to Arrow Up and Down through the list without the page refreshing. Pressing Alt + Up

Marilyn, go into Jaws configuration manager with insert 6 on the numbers row. Press shift control d to open Jaws default file. Press alt and then right arrow. When you hear options go down arrow till you hear forms mode options and press enter. This is where you can turn forms mode off.
