First you activate Forms Mode on the combo box by pressing the Space bar.
Now the secret is to press Alt + Down Arrow to open the list of options.
Actually, it looks like a drop down list. It is now safe to Arrow Up and
Down through the list without the page refreshing. Pressing Alt + Up
Just to add one more little thing. Sometimes when you get into those
things and use the alt down arrow, when you move down, it doesn't say
the entry. If you tab and then shift tab back it will read it. I
always feel like i'm sneaking up on it.
