There are various ways to accomplish this. For a great explanation, download and listen to the JAWS tutorial from the JAWS Help menu (Insert + J) Training, and select the Column and Row Titles in Exceltutorial. One way is to set cell names in Excel, which are stored in the Excel worksheet
