Have you figured out how to get jaws to speak the combo box of the email
accounts by hitting alt M? When I do this, it lands me in the box, but
doesn't speak the choices when I arrow up and down. Let me know if you
have, thanks.

Your best bet is to check all your hot keys. You can do this with a little
free utility called Hot Key Detective which lists all the hot keys on your
computer and lets you delete or change them. You can download it from the
JAWS UsersPrograms page. It's item 33 under the Utilities heading.

Hi Gerald and Josh,
Thanks for good directions to locate hot key detective program. I
downloaded, scanned, and installed and was quite surprised how many hot keys
are defined on my PC.
Yes I have it defined on start menu but I don't know how to get to the key
to erase it.
Any directions?
thanks,
You can use Hot Key Detective to delete unwanted hot keys. Just focus on
the hot key you want to delete and tab to the change key button. Then
follow the instructions in the dialog box. I think all you need to do is
hit Space to delete the focused hot key.
