edition. I just got a new Dell XPS laptop and have installed both

All of a sudden today outlook 2007 stopped going to the next message after
delete key has been pressed. I unloaded Jaws and reloaded it and I have

I believe that Windows only uses SAPI 4 or 5 voices. The Realspeak Solo
Direct voices that JAWS uses are not SAPI. There used to be some of the
Real Speak voices that were, but I don't know if they're still available.

JAWS will not read the list of attachments in my emails like it used to do.
I know the attachments are there as I have labeled the attachment graphic.
The only way I can read the attachments is to "save attachm
I did see read in plain text, and it was not checked. That apparently isn't
the problem here. Sometimes, I hear the entire message read twice.
