I have XP and 14.
My office computer has Outlook Express and picks up my home e mails.
Recently, I got a message that the password I enter is wrong and I now can not
receive new messages.
I am, however, able to send messages.
I have 2 computers at home and they both work well.

If you change a password in your email client of choice that same password
must be changed on the server side so you know.

Along with what David told you about both places. Another if you are at a
different location, a office building. One thing you might want to ask the
small company or Corporation that you are working for have they done
something different in their security. Might be a setting with them to not
allow
If the first letter was capitalized and the rest lowercase, then try
with the password all in lowercase. it's possible however that you may
need to contact your email provider (or get onto their Web site) and
fill in a new password in the requisite section there.

Don't know win8, yet? and for lap tops I think most of them have a pause
somewhere on the top row, just not rock solid on all locations or keyboard
layouts too many versions I have found.

When I restarted after the j14 update jaws would not talk.I tried to start it
with the hot key and nothing. I then used windows d then the letter j and
enter. Jaws 13 started. I received a message that jhook.dll is missing and that
jaws can not start and was directed to reinstall. Tried that
I first did a system restore with the point right before I attempted the
update. When the system was restored I was prompted for the jaws 14 update.
