Hi all,
I have noticed something interesting in the near past working on my new
Hungarian SBL file. Some symbols recorded in this file are silent when I
enter them in an RTF-based text editor as Word or WordPad. For example

download from the FS site I have no feedback. I can see in downloads that the
partial file is there but again no size. I would like to know how
I have the same problem but I have noticed it happens when I am leaving out

Hi Scott,
Yes you can use CAPS Lock in Lap top layout and use, it will shut it down. It
takes a few seconds sometimes. You will hear a noise when it is closed out. It
is more like a force close that creates dump files, of JAWS and the app that

Eric,
Thanks for the suggestions. I will give it a try. Perhaps, even if they

JAWS versions more stable. Does dumping JAWS shut it down? Also, I am
using a laptop with caps lock as my JAWS key so would caps lock plus wind
Hi Jim,
Once, years ago, I wrote FS about it and they just gave some general
suggestions which were of no help. As I said, I have experienced this
problem for years on many different systems so I don't think it is something
particular to my current installation. I think that JAWS has just become

is going on when it happens, this really helps. Also, when you not
Have you written, or called FS about this? If not, do it. Jim

I did try that last evening and it did not work for me. Fortunately like I
