You can configure your email client of choice for example Outlook 2007 on this system to receive your Yahoo mail directly in to your inbox. Then if you want to every now and then visit the page to see what is in your Spam folder you can but for daily needs you can get your mail the same as if it

After you've pressed the keys to find the MouseOver, which is what you did, then press control+JAWSKey+enter to activate it. JAWS will then tell you if it detected any changes. NOTE: It may be important to press the JAWSKey first, before the other two, for the key combo to work properly.
