In Thunderbird grade 2 Braille output works great on my focus 40.
However, I can not seem to be able to input text in grade 2 braille on
my focus 40 when using Thunderbird. Is it possible to be able to perform
this task?

Thanks, this is exactly what I am doing but it does not stick and there is
no apply option as in prior versions of jaws. I wonder if anyone else has
been successful in silencing blank with jaws 16?
regards

I haven't had occasion to see how that feature works. It does sound like a

I found something interesting, at least to me it happens to be. I was trying
to open up the my extensions file by first accessing another script source
file and then closing it before trying to open up a shared file mentioned
above. It doesn't work that way at least for me it didn't. When I opened

If you are going to use an external keyboard with a number pad, then, no, it
would not matter.

Yes, that keyboard will work just like the keyboard you use on your desktop.
Be aware though that you will have an extra key called the FN key. this is
used for specific functions with the function keys. Also, If the laptop is

Hi Lenny,
Jaws will use the same keyboard commands on a laptop with a full-size
keyboard, as it does for a desktop computer.
There will be additional keys on the laptop not found on a standard 104
keyboard,
which is why I use a standard USB keyboard with my laptop.
