You can also go to insert on the ribbon and insert a bookmark where the rows and columns meet. Type the word Title when you add a bookmark and it will then read the titles for rows and columns when you maneuver around. This should also work when you share the file. If this is not correct,

This has been a JAWS issue for a while now under certain circumstances. When I'm looking at eligibility, I select the row I want to study. When selecting, the correct number is given, but the results always sound like Row 1 Selected, no matter what number I designate. I never let it bother
