then read the titles for rows and columns when you maneuver around. This
should also work when you share the file. If this is not correct, s
That's how I do it. A database seemed too much sugar for a penny, although I
do have a phone field in my regular contact database.

Okay, Ted, fret no more,
it is a music folder, and each sub folder is the name of an artist or group,
and within, are sub-folders
that represent albums.
Feel better now? lol

Hi Tom,
You can also move the folder out of the In box and onto the main tree. That
is one of the options available if you go to the Ribbon and then to the
Folder tab.
Yes, you can delete folders from within the In box but I don't think you can
delete the In box itself.

Hi Kerry,
This has happened to me a few times with Outlook 2010 and Windows 7.
Although I don't think I have done anything to cause it, Outlook has become
minimized. As soon as it is maximized, everything is back to normal.
Hope that works for you,
Shari

The other thing you can do is start typing the contact name
in and then hit Ctrl K. This will then present you with a
list of all matches containing what you have typed so far.
The more you type in, the more precise the choice list is. I
use this all the time.
