No problem. The problem is/was in how I interpreted the question. I think he
was asking how to increase the size of just one cell.
Anyway, the whole thing is a tempest in a teapot since in 99 cases out of 100
it does no harm to simply increase the row height or even to increase the Font
Outlook Express will work in Windows 10.

I just typed internet explorer into the search box and pressed the
application key, and nothing happened.

I did go to Home and then Shift tabbed 432 times and found Cells group.
However, I still cannot find anything that increases the height of a cell
without increasing the height of the entire row.
I looked in Excel help for 2013 and a search for cell height produced a
number of articles

I have firefox as my default browser
because IE does not work for some reason
everytime I launch IE the browser opens to my home page but it really is
like it's not even there. I press alt+d type a url press enter and all goes
silent it's like hanging up
