running windows 10 using jaws 17 latest when using the windows disc defrag I can get my OS c back to 0 percent defragmented but when I arrow down to my recovery hard disc it usually is 4 percent defragged sometimes higher. when I defrag the disc it defrags very fast and I can never get it back
