You have to be in the add & remove menu, in order to create a short cut key.
It's been a while, if I recall,
Go to my computor
And open the C folder and there is the add & remove menu.

As I recall, they don't provide direct support (via e-mail or telephone)
outside the United States. You need to contact a distributor in your country
for technical support.
At least, that's what the Freedom Scientific (now VFO) Web site says.
