The set up process was straight forward.
However, I would advise you to have your sighted wife help with the visual
challenge as it asks to select all the immages that have a store front for
example, there are no mixed letters and numbers. On the flip side however, the
audio capcha works great.
it isn't a program. It's a paid service.

The only other thing I can think of to try is to, first make sure
numlock is turned off, then press the slash key right next to the
numlock key. This according to the JAWS documentation is supposed to be
like clicking the left mouse button.

I am using Outlook 2010 and W10. When you get to an email you want to move
press the application key and up arrow to move. Then right arrow once.
Then you should hear the first folder. If this is not the folder you want to
move it to arrow down until you hear the folder you want to move
