Hi
Instead of Modifying the default.jss and default.jsb files for a new script,
you could set up a keystroke to make the PrintScreen key be your applications

invoke the applications key.

Hey Mike,
On my laptop is an application key, but on my wireless keyboard there is not an
application key, but a print screen there.
If I do the change, will it miss up the application key on the laptop?

No. If you set up the keystroke to make PrintScreen the applications key, you
will be able to use either the printscreen key or the applications key on your
laptop and the printscreen key on your wireless keyboard.

Hello:
This week, I'm noticing jaws just randomly freezes on me. I could be reading
an email, surfing the web, writing in word, yelling at the dog, and poof it
would just stop working.
I would do the jaws dump command and then try to bring it back with the
hotkey but it doesn't come back up, u
Hello to all,
When clicking on a hyperlink in an e-mail that should launch the browser, I
am taken to the info bar with a fishing message. My only option is to hit
OK. When I had Windows 7, I used to right-click and find the option to open
the hyperlink, but not sure what to do in Windows 10.
Afternoon everybody.
I was going through some of my files on my laptop and external hard drives. I
came across several files with the tif extension. I know that jpegs are photos,
and I believe the gifs are, as well. What are tif files? I am running jaws 2018
and windows 10 on a dell laptop. Than
Hello here lately I am having the same behavior and I just leave it alone
for a couple of minutes and jaws comes back up and acts normally until it
does it again hopefully VFO will fix this soon.

Afternoon all.
On a Toshiba Laptop with Windows 10, my wifes CD ROM does not show up in “This

that all of the drivers are up to date. But when we place a disk in the drive,
it will not show up. Any suggestions/recommend

I have JAWS 2018 and Windows 10 Pro here (with everything up to date). I'm
not experiencing freezing here, except when an application such as Microsoft
Outlook crashes/hangs.

They're image files typically produced by scanners (or fax applications, if
memory serves).

Hi,
I didn't know JAWS already had a script that simulates this. It seems to be
designed for use with a touch screen.
Be aware that this script actually sends SHIFT+F10, not APPLICATIONS; but as I
said, usually there are no functionality differences.

Yeah, same here.
At first I thought it was Avast, when I accidentally installed it with
CCleaner, but after removing Avast, it still occurred.
But, others are experiencing the same symtoms, so Avast is not the issue.

I'm going to have to pay more attention to this now. The only time I

...don't count on it. It's been happening on my Windows 32-bit system now
