on the Web. Then for some reason the Apple Mobile Service wouldn'

no. I have a 3RD gen iPod touch and it has voiceOver builtin.
but, the 16 GB is the second gen.
Their is no 16 GB 3RD jen.
The 3RD gen units are 32 and 64 GB only.
