2007.
2007 had problems and had to use repair called ScanPST.exe
All okay but need help with Outlook2007.
In OE I have 15 rules that were exported into Outlook2007.

Junior, when you get the cursor on the link, try pressing the right arrow to
move one character to the right and then try entering on the link. This has
worked for some on this list who have had this problem.
