+1000 as well I am not sure we want to just move the existing plugin though. Maybe it makes sense to rename the plugin to "Jenkins plugin", Stapler is not really used elsewhere. Having it as Jenkins plugin allows to add more Jenkins-specific features, e.g. better developer run mode or deeper
