solved it all now...
internet explorer seems to have a problem with font-weight:bold; when
using opacity.
changed it to font-weight:600; and it works like a charm.
the buttons arent fixed but solved, by adding them to the main.php
file and displaying them only when needed.
so thanks for reading,
i just solved the silly question myself.
you just have to add:
var toLoad = href+' #ContentText';
target.load(toLoad, function() {
instead of:
target.load(href, function() {
into jquery.history.js around line 250.
but the bugs remain :(
