Hi everyone,
I wanted to let you know that there are only 56 seats left for the
jQuery Conference. 300 is the max. We'll probably sell out by tomorrow.
If you plan to
man envy you guys who can go
for some who live and earn a living a Taiwan, its so hard/expansive for me
go to.
but still hope you guys have a great weekend
just dunno if anybody can share the experience on youtube or something?
+1 for Cleveland, Detroit, or Pittsburgh for the jQuery conference.
Really looking forward to join you guys even if I have to take
vacation.

Very interesting!
What might one find at a jQuery conference? Besides Karl, John, et al,
of course?
Is good news that there will be a conference. Looking forward to it.
Having the schedule information would be helpful for those of us also
attending Ajaxian conference (assuming the two conferences will be
adjacent again) from the standpoint of making reservations. But I
understand it's not

There will be a jQuery conference in Boston this year, unless
something goes horribly wrong. We don't have any information to
provide at this time, but will do so when it becomes available. Sorry,
I don't mean to leave anyone in the dark. It's just that specific
dates, times, number of
So... is there no interest in a jQuery conference up in Boston this
year?
Incidentally, this entire post doesn't show up when searching through
the group posts. I searched on conference, on Boston and on
Guinness without pulling up this topic. Weird.
There wasn't much chatter on the jQuery day here on the group last
year either (yet it was packed!)
So i wouldn't gauge interest in it by this mailing list :-)

I sent a tweet to Karl a few weeks ago, he replied
I'm pretty sure you can count on there being a jQuery conf again.
Just not sure about any of the details yet.
Didn't mention anything about Guinness though, heh heh... oh wait,
that's not this conversation

Hopefully it's up in Boston again, either right before/after AJAX
Experience. Makes things simple. And it's Boston, you know; lots of
Irish bars serving Guinness on tap. jQuery/AJAX/Guinness, could there
be a happier place?
Just throwing this out there, but I'm guessing it may be similar to the one
day jQuery Camp '07 that was in Boston, MA following The Ajax Experience
East conference (http://theajaxexperience.com). TAE is scheduled for
Sept/Oct of this year.
