There should be a loopback with a valid ipv4/ipv6 address. This address is used
as unnumbered source for _any_ created pppoe subinterface.

AFAIK, you need different subinterfaces for each virtual-router.
Eg.:
Vlan 10 - VR ABC
Vlan 20 - VR DEF
