I need specific instructions to get a backtrace. I can't replicate this

commented out all entries for the yubikey in login, sudo-i, sudo, su and an
update showed after rebooting. I installed all updates and closed discover and

I might also add that it was a high speed usb 3.0 PNY pendrive. The
install and everything went fast but the first 2 installs I did not get
that prompt to remove the installation media.

I had been downloading themes etc manually and most of them went into the

Just booted into Kubuntu 20.04. These are fresh iso images and I did verify the
checksums from the built in properties dialog. Both distros 20.04 and 21.10 are
experiencing the same issues.

I had the same problem and thought maybe a re-install would fix this issue. It
did not. This was a fresh install of Kubuntu 21.10. As soon as I got all
