being on by default quite annoying.
do we really want this to be in 0.12?
someone brought up the point that whenever he has a new IRC /msg tab,
it turns on the formatting toolbar. that seems like the sort of tiny
little misfeature

I expect people would really like to get kopete updates more often,
especially when evil protocol changes break things. I don't know much
about the organisation of kde, but it seems like a sensible idea to
me. shouldn't have to update all of kdenetwork just because MS changed
things again :P

I got the RateInfoTest to pass (it doesn't verify properly yet, only
checks that it got *something*) but since I've only ever made 2
commits, I'd like someone to check over this to make sure I didn't do
anything silly. :) diff is attached.
basically I had to fix OscarTestBase::loadFile() because it
now that you mention it, I've been having this problem too... it first
started when I was using kopete on two computers, with two
overlapping-but-different sets of accounts. I changed something at
work that I shouldn't have... and the metacontact involved at home got
confused, bouncing between two

the related labels stay disabled. figured I might as well change that
so it looks better.
