I can connect with a Windows Live account, but not Yahoo.
I look forward to a resolution to this problem.

Hi All,
It seems the updates to the jabber libiris now require
avahi-compat-libdns_sd (specifically dns_sd.h)
and there's no CMake rules to search for it. Should a version be
hunted for elsewhere in trunk and
that used? If it's not there how does it get decided where it goes?

Hi, may be I'm writing to wrong list, but I've just installed kdenetwork
4.1.3, and noticed 2 bugs regarding jabber plugin. First. libidn-11.dll is
missing, I had to build it by myself from sources. Next, qca-tls plugin is
missing, it would be great, if kopete worked out of box.
P.S. can't connect

Here I connect to GTalk without problems, too...
I am using kopete svn902233. Had no issue connecting to Gtalk, both with my
gmail account and the domain services ones. Maybe your binary builders could
help.

I'm running KDE 4.1.85 on Kubuntu Ibex and I have configured Kopete the way
that has always worked before. But it never says anything but "Connecting"
when I try to go online with GTalk. Other IM services connect fine. I have
installed qca2 and qca2-plugin-ossl, but this has made no difference.
Hello,

I've got installed qca-tls:

I completely agree. Some kopete default settings are a problem for
getting more users.
Your suggestion is part of a wishlist I sent for Kopete:
