Netters,
Nice to see Dana Overall and I on the same side for once.
We both agree that while Partnership agreements are relatively
simple, unless the person knows what they are doing, they should
retain an attorney. The few dollars spent are well worth

Ladies & Gentlemen,
I did not start the list thread about the
metric system. While I stand by my opinion
that the metric system would be an economic
disaster for the U.S., I also realize that
this list was NOT the appropriate place for
me to express my opinion. I knew very well
that this list i

O.K. Fellows,
Most of you have given the good General a proper dressing down
several times over now. I have a revision to his business
plan to propose.

Dear Gen. Locker,
I like to assume that folks are honest and sincere
at least until I have evidence (much less proof)
to the contrary.
Several folks are building variations on the KR-2S
that will be powered with 6 cylinder Corvair engines
rather than the 4 cylinder VW.
They are using the 110 H.P

Max,
I am the original purchaser/would be seller, and never built
an aircraft. If someone buys the plans from me and they
build an aircraft (which would be "one aircraft" because I
did not build one)am I in violation of anything?
Thanks

Buying this project will save me a couple of years of

Let's allow the list manager to make those decisions,
that's what he gets the big bucks for (humor)

I am new to this list. (Dropped out about a year ago)
I have been offered a partially completed KR-2S that
the builder converted to a tandem seating arrangement.
