Somehow I don't see me dealing with that much snow or ICE I lived in MN a
couple winters and found you folks have two seasons Winter and the 4th of
July... A suggestion for the bottom of a door freezing down. On my overhead
doors that use a rubber seal on the bottom, I replaced them
If any of you guys have nothing to do and want to experience the wonderful
Wisconsin winter I have a job for you. My hanger door will not open due to
seven inches of ice build up on the ground which has encased the bottom of my
door to the ground. Jones is jonesing to fly. Please send me warm
Gents: I need a ignition pick up module. One of mine is not switching.
(black wire for # 2 and 4 cylinders). Any body got one laying around? New
Units are available from GP, which includes both modules at $169.00 + shipping.
I hate to waste.

Hello KR'ers,
I'm not a KR builder but have always really liked them. I do fly Sport Pilot
and any airplane that meets the speed, weight etc you can fly as Sport Pilot.
The best thing is to build an experimental that meets the requirements and
that's all you need. I wouldn't bother with any type LSA

I knew all that stuff Ed, but you were good to mention it because Dwight
probably didn't. But what I was
Briefly, according to FAA regulations - If you build at least 51% of a KR2S
per plans you may apply for certification as an E-AB (Experimental-Amateur
Built). As the builder, you may then apply for a "Repaiman Certificate" for
that specific plane. That will allow you to do an annual condition

The Sonex is probably a little more stable, just because it's larger with
more distance between wing and horizontal stabilizer. As for "solid", I'd

I have not been able to fly since last Saturday morning due to bad weather
and early darkness(gets dark here at 4:30 now) and we are IFR right now.
However this afternoon, I am going to install some red spot lights in my
cockpit to light up the instrument panel so I can get in some night flying

Lee,
You didn't specify whether you have the Great Planes hub or the Revmaster hub
(they are different). If you need a prop for the Revmaster hub, you might call
Charlie Reeves in Tucson as he has a couple of Sterba props that he isn't using
on his KR anymore. He might be willing to part
fairly easy to repitch it as i have done several times

I had a chance to take a quick look through WW's current manual. The
distance from the firewall to the rear bolts on the tray for the motor using
the stock oil cooler location and oil filter is 10.5 inches I believe. It
can be shortened for remote mounted cooler and filter. A complete
