I have to cover my lace with cloths and pins and then cover the cloth and
pins with another cloth otherwise my cat is off with the pins also!

My little kitten does the same thing. I found the pins scattered on the work
table the floor. She also loves scooting the bobbins around on the hardwood
floor when she manages to get one. What a fun sound she thinks. Curious cats
:-)

My cat doesn't touch the pins, but puts his paws over the tops of the
bobbins at the side of the pillow and looks for all the world as if he is
working lace. One of these days we will catch it on video if we can. I do
have a number of photos of his attempts to either make lace or prevent me

   A lace garter for my niece (half stitch
hearts and spiders - my own design in pale cream with blue silver) I've done
45cm and am resting it for a while!

green, adapted from the Bob-in pattern book of the 12 months

Then there is all the computer work preparatory to getting my website up
again. Lots to do!

I've got a new kitten - he was rescued from our animal shelter about a
month after my old kitty died (in October) from cancer. He was about
