last week I thought about another attempt of getting a lace design program for
my laptop. I
am still working with Windows XP.
I am teaching once a week at a local school 8 afternoons. Occationally I would
like to draw
up easy braid patterns for the group. But since I am always short
Years ago, on our old machine (Windows 3.1 to start with, upgraded to
95!) I used version 2 of FastCAD, which I got on with very well. Time
passed and first we bought a non HP printer, then the hard drive failed,
and of course, by then it was obsolete and the version of FastCAD I was
using
I have being following this thread and I would like to add my two cents.
I am a PC Windows XP user and I had designed with both Corel Draw and
Illustrator, until I discovered the specific lace programs: first Lace
Designer 3.1, and the update to Lace Designer Gold later Lace 2000,the
